HVAC blower motor replaced

coolant bypass pipe on engine

ENGINE: WAS REBUILT @ 99k prior to me taking ownership
The head was completely gone through by VAC Motorsports in PA. With regards to the engine rebuild, every gasket, seal, timing component including sprockets, chain, guides, tensioner, etc., all coolant hoses, water pump, thermostat, fan clutch, misc. sensors, new fuel injectors, vacuum hoses, misc. BMW fasteners/nuts/bolts, etc were replaced when the engine was rebuilt. This was all done at 99k and car currently has 135k. The upper intake, valve cover, timing cover & thermostat housing are powder coated silver, so they will never flake, peel or become discolored.

Transmission:
Complete new Z3 shifter components were installed before engine was reinstalled, every component in the shift linkage was replaced. This is the common "short shifter" upgrade. Clutch, pressure plate & TOB are all good - these were inspected before the engine was reassembled. IIRC, I believe the TOB was replaced as well as the pilot bearing. Transmission shifts smoothly with no issues at all in any gear. Tranny mount & guibo were also replaced @ 99k.

Brakes:
All rotors and pads are good, no need for replacement. Pads still have what looks to be 50%+ at all four corners and rotors are not scored, warped, etc. Vehicle stops without issues. E-brake works fine.

Glass: all original BMW glass

Exhaust: Stock from header to tailpipe. Passes inspection w/o issues.

Convertible Top: Top is an original BMW top. It has no holes in the top OR the back window. Back window has the common aged surface wear, but no cracks, no holes. Top folds down nicely and secures nicely as well.

Suspension: Stock.

All pwr features work 100% . All windows, switches, central lock system from trunk lid, all lights, all HVAC functions, rear defrost, hazards, gauges, SI board, A/C, etc. Pwr antenna works 100%, I just have it unplugged, because I listen to Sirius and don't need that antenna.

The car is and has remained stock.

All factory BMW VIN decals remain as installed when built and match the dash plate & B-pillar label - from the engine block to every single sheet metal panel and/or other part that is tagged as such.

Vehicle passed NJ Inspection with out any issues and emissions readings were lower than State standards. Sticker is good until March 2010.

Basically, this 318 is what it is - a presentable daily commuter and 18 yrs old. It's not a show car, nor is it "mint" - but it's been reliable, very fuel efficient and it only needs minor TLC. It's a great base for someone looking for a stock E30 M42.

Vehicle is located in Southern NJ. I cannot ship, transport or teleport the vehicle, it must be picked up in NJ, sorry.

I have NJ title in hand.

Asking $4,900.00/OBO price is certainly very flexible cash talks - looking for quick sale
