Full service, branded hotel looking for an experienced Executive Chef. Must be organized, focused on cleanliness and sanitation, understand how to manage food cost and a great communicator to build his/her team. Hotel generates $3.2 million in combined food and beverage sales, Catering 60%/ Outlets 40%. Looking for an individual who has had experience in rebuilding a team and leading his/her team to success. This is a working chef position with responsibilities of food purchasing, scheduling/payroll, coaching/counseling and menu development. Executive chefs with hotel experience are preferred.
