We are The Know Now Organization. We are looking for some energetic individuals to join our Brand Ambassador and Testing Team. If interested please e-mail us your resume and headshot to careers@tkno.org We are seeking competent, professional, hardworking rapid HIV testers. We are TKNO (The Know Now Organization). We provide the rapid, oral, HIV test, 24/7 in the homes or preferred locations of our clients, yielding results in just 20 minutes. Essentially, we provide mobile HIV testing around the clock. When we get calls to 1-800 number we dispatch out testers (you) to perform these tests on demand - usually within 1-5 hours from the time of the call. We have a large array of clientele, and we test people who have a want or need to know their status immediately. In addition to testing “every-day” people, some of our clientele include those in the adult film industry, swingers, and other unique populations. While we need our testers to competently provide this medical service, we also need people who are open-minded and adaptable to multiple environments. We also need our testers to be flexible and have reliable transportation, a cell phone with text capability, and have internet access 24/7. Since our company is rapidly growing and we participate in an array of events on a national level there may be other opportunities to grow along with us. Qualifications: 3 years or more of customer service experience or equivalent combination of college, or industry training may substitute. Exceptional customer service background and communication skills to be able to handle clients in stressful situations Have a professional demeanor.
